Here at Sensée we believe in bringing work to people and not people to work. What does Sensée mean? It’s French for "it makes sense"

Through our virtual contact centre, we provide service for forward thinking brands, and as you’ve probably guessed, all our customer service team work from their homes in the UK — from Edinburgh to Exeter.

All our colleagues are fully trained during probation and receive regular coaching, support and feedback after they have ‘graduated’.

As an ethical organisation we only provide employment contracts with guaranteed hours. There are no one-sided Zero-Hour contracts that make life more complicated than it already is.
