TeamTonic® is Sensée’s proprietary remote management application. It enables you
as a HomeAgent to communicate, co-ordinate and manage your time with your peers.
TeamTonic® connects everyone involved with Sensée HomeAgents, Team Leaders,
Administrators and Network Clients.
Scheduling Your Time
Clients post their staffing requirements (shift plans) through TeamBuilder which
allows you to see the shifts and work available and you can then select the
hours and days that you want to work. Obviously there will be times when you may
be asked to work hours which were different from those you have selected or
asked for.
Communicating with your Management and Team
Team Tonic allows you to communicate with other agents in your team via email
and messaging as well as having chat room facilities. Your Team Leader can
communicate with you on a 1-to-1 basis or hold team meetings via TeamTonic®.
Performance and Monitoring
Team Tonic allows for your performance to be measured in every way from
recording and listening to calls to seeing your status when logged in to the
system ie Busy, Break, Wrap-up time, etc. The system also allows for you to
record calls if you deem it necessary.
