Is Homeworking right for you?
You will need to complete our Attitude and Aptitude for Homeworking questionnaires before being able to access our online application form.
Step Two
Are you ready for Homeworking?
You will need to complete our requirements checklist to see if you meet our basic specifications in terms of home-office set up and IT equipment to be able to work from your current home.
Step Three
Application Form.
Completing our online application
form will take at least 15 minutes to complete. Please ensure that
you have all necessary work experience information to hand before starting completing the application form.
Step Four
PC and Broadband Testing: Minimum Specifications
You will need to review our minimum PC specifications and complete a online remote testing of your PC and broadband performance, the results of which will be sent directly to us.
Step Five
Telephone Interview.
If you successfully pass step Four we will contact you to set up a first interview which will be conducted via telephone. We will advise you of the outcome of your telephone interview by email.
Step Six
Virtual Open Event including Tests and Webcam Interview.
If the outcome of your telephone interview is positive you will be invited to attend a virtual open event, which will include some tests and a webcam interview. We will advise you of the outcome of your webcam interview and tests by email.
Step Seven
IT Checks
If you successfully pass Step Five, our IT department will contact you to remotely test your PC, your landline and your Broadband connection to ensure that they are meeting our requirements.
Step Eight
Training, Background Checks (including Employment References, Criminal Record Check and Credit Check (depending on the position).
Most of our training courses are virtual. The length of a training course is client specific. While you are in training we will conduct background checks and will request that you provide a Criminal Records check (which you will need to pay for).
Step Nine
Graduation.
Once you have successfully graduated from training you will start employment with the Sensee HomeAgent Network.
