Our Mission
Our Mission is simple ‘Win Win’ approach, by connecting call centres to a home based
workforce available on demand, we enable our clients to increase the quality of
their service giving them previously unimaginable operational flexibility. We
also enable our clients to reduce and save on their costs therefore a winning scenario
for them.
To HomeAgents we provide meaningful and flexible work opportunities to people
from all walks of life but that share a common need which is to work from home
which is certainly a winning solution for them.
Our Proposition
To connect call centres to home based agents available on demand. We enable our
clients to increase the quality of their service by giving them reach and
flexibility in being able to hire the best people available anywhere, while
actually reducing their costs.
The HomeAgent Network
The HomeAgent Network is the result of years of management experience in designing,
building and managing homeworking solutions for call centres. We know what works
and we know what fails. Our belief is that for everyone to reap the benefits of
homeworking an expert organisation is required to manage both the needs of the companies
it serves and the people it connects to these companies. The HomeAgent Network is
expert in doing this.

Steve Mosser
CEO
Steve is the CEO and founder of Sense. He has worked
extensively in the homeworking market for over 10 years
and also worked in the USA with Willow CSN the original
pioneers of homeworking in the market. Steve is a real
entrepreneur who is committed to changing the way people
work through the use of technology.

David Thorley
Sales and Marketing Director
David is an experienced sales and marketing professional
with over 20 years experience. During this time David
has set up and managed three new businesses within the
consulting, IT and BPO sectors. His focus is on
developing long-term business partnerships with clients
and has personally secured multi-million pound contracts
within media, telecoms, financial services and public
sector. |

Rick Siegel
CIO
Rick is a technology innovator with over 25 years of
experience in the information technology field. Rick has
provided technology vision and leadership in a variety
of industries, including the financial sector, where he
served as Vice President for Financial Data Planning
Corporation (Sungard), and the virtual call centre area,
where he held the position of Executive Vice President
for Willow CSN (Arise). |
Brigitte Gratton
Internal Legal Counsel
Brigitte is company secretary and internal legal
counsel. Brigitte brings a wealth of knowledge to the
company in relation to home working legal practices and
previously worked for Bird and Bird in London. |

Graeme Gabriel
Graemes experience in contact centres stretches back
nearly 20 years, at nearly every level including an
agent. He brings experience and credibility to any
project, allowing him to quickly get up to speed. A
confident and dynamic presenter and facilitator he is
responsible for both technical training of WFM solutions
and added value consultancy around WFO |
